The visit to the Lagos Island General Hospital on my friend’s birthday was an emotional one. It’s one thing to be told, it’s another thing to experience it. There are lot of people who need help but cannot be attended to due to insufficient funds (I’m talking about bills as low as 3,850 naira).

It’s necessary to pay visits to places like this once a while to remind us that there’s a lot we need to be thankful for and that there’s more to life.

I encourage you to make out time and visit the sick, the needy and touch as much lives as you can.

“Whatsoever you do to the least of my brother, you do unto me” Matthew 25:40

Apologies for the background noise.
